For security reasons we bank cheques on receipt, whether the stock is available or not. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before we can dispatch the goods.

Please return all goods unused and in the same condition and packaging as they were sent to you. Please note that a returned parcel is your reponsibility until we receive it and we recommend that you register it. We do not pay for return postage. For administrative reasons we are unable to accept Mail Order and Internet returns, refunds or exchanges in any of our shops and vice-versa.
